Agree separately: historical records

We do not currently promise automatic full migration of clients, past appointments, notes, consent records, memberships, balances or payment details. Do not cancel your old service based on a menu import.

Keep your original export. Ask support which fields and record types can be handled before sending any personal data.

A practical switching checklist

  1. Try the demo. Check the customer flow, owner list and rescheduling with fictional data.
  2. Prepare a menu copy. List service names, prices, currency, durations, staff assignments and opening hours. Note variants and items that need checking.
  3. Start your own trial. Enter a small reviewed menu in the existing workspace. The demo does not copy its settings to your account.
  4. Ask about exports. Tell support your previous system, file format, record types and approximate counts. Do not attach client lists, sensitive notes or payment data at this stage.
  5. Agree coverage and verify. Confirm any proposed import method, cost and exclusions; check totals, timezones and key records against the original export.
  6. Change links only when ready. Confirm your menu, team and upcoming appointment handling before redirecting customers. Keep access to the old records until the agreed checks pass.

Questions before you start

Can ChatGPT migrate my whole business in one request?

No. Supported menu setup and routine changes are different from migrating historical records. Confirm coverage with support before moving customer or appointment data.

Does the demo configure my trial automatically?

No. Start setting up your own shop through the existing trial flow. The fictional demo does not send its configuration or appointments to your account.
