App Store privacy policy
This policy explains how BeautiDesk handles data for salon owners, staff members, customers who book appointments, and users of our Apple apps.

BeautiDesk provides booking pages, salon dashboards, staff calendars, client records, SMS reminders, membership tools, billing tools and Apple app experiences for beauty businesses.
Depending on how you use BeautiDesk, we may process account details, business details, staff profiles, service menus, appointment records, customer names, phone numbers, emails, booking notes, SMS delivery status, billing status and support messages.
The Apple apps may also store app preferences and cached salon data on the device so owners and staff can work more quickly. We do not sell personal information.
BeautiDesk uses trusted service providers to operate the product. These may include hosting and edge infrastructure, database and authentication providers, payment processors, SMS providers, analytics tools and error monitoring tools.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. BeautiDesk does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page performance, product usage and technical issues. These tools help us improve BeautiDesk and are configured through our production website environment.
BeautiDesk may support salon membership cards and loyalty experiences, including Apple Wallet-compatible passes. Membership information is used to provide the membership feature for the salon and its customers.
Salon customer data belongs to the salon account that collected it. BeautiDesk provides tools to store, manage and export that data for the salon. We do not turn salon customer lists into a shared marketplace.
We use access controls, authentication, encrypted secrets and platform security controls to protect data. We retain information for as long as needed to provide BeautiDesk, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain product security.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to account ownership, legal retention requirements and the rights of the salon that collected the booking data.
Salon customers should usually contact the salon first for appointment changes, cancellations or customer record requests. BeautiDesk can help route support requests when needed.
