2. Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small values stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which remains on your device between visits, and session storage, which usually ends when you close a browser tab. They can remember preferences, support sign-in or help us understand website use.

Optional analytics is off until you choose to enable it. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing settings does not count as consent. You can use booking and sign-in without enabling optional analytics.

3. Essential storage and services

• Privacy choices: beautidesk:cookie-consent remembers your selections in local storage for 180 days. If storage is blocked, your choice lasts only for the current page session.
• Sign-in: authentication tokens and session information keep authorised users signed in. Session duration depends on the sign-in service and account settings; signing out removes the active browser session.
• Preferences: values such as beautidesk:language remember your language or workspace choices until replaced or cleared.
• Reliability and security: session storage can prevent duplicate error reports. Hosting, authentication and payment services may use storage needed to deliver their services, prevent abuse or process a transaction you request.

These functions are separate from the optional analytics below. Server and error logs may still be used to operate and protect the service; the cookie settings do not turn off necessary service processing.

4. Optional visit analytics

With Visit analytics enabled, Google Analytics measures public page visits and selected trial-entry clicks. It may process browser and device details, page information and pseudonymous identifiers. A trial-entry click is not a completed signup or purchase.

Google cookies may include _ga and _ga_*. We configure their lifetime to 180 days; activity may renew them. Our page-view and click events exclude URL query strings and fragments, and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. Read Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Optional experience analytics

With Experience analytics enabled, Microsoft Clarity can create heatmaps and interaction recordings of public information pages to help us find usability problems. This can involve page interactions, device information and identifiers. This permission is separate from Google Analytics.

Clarity may use _clck and _clsk cookies. Their duration depends on Microsoft's settings and browser restrictions. We remove accessible first-party Clarity cookies when you withdraw experience analytics. Advertising storage consent is denied. Read Microsoft's cookie information and Privacy Statement.

We do not load Google Analytics or Clarity on our merchant, sign-in, appointment booking or booking-management pages, even when you have enabled optional analytics.

6. Change or withdraw your choices

Use Cookie settings in the page footer, or the button above. Reject optional switches off both optional categories. Save choices applies the individual settings; Accept optional enables both.

Withdrawing permission stops our use of the relevant tool, removes its accessible first-party cookies and reloads the page if that tool is already running. We cannot remove cookies set on a third party's own domain or erase information already received by a provider through this control. You can use browser settings to clear additional cookies, and contact us about personal-information requests.

Choices apply to this browser and website origin. You may need to choose again on another browser, device or website address, after clearing storage, or after 180 days. Blocking all browser storage can affect sign-in and saved preferences.

7. Other websites and changes

Payment checkout, app stores and other external websites use their own policies and controls. We update this policy when our storage or tools change. A new optional purpose will require an updated choice before we enable it.
